8-11-03 New Mods From MEGA

MEGA's P51Bs of the 334th FS with Flight rendering

This mod is released to demonstrate the FLIGHT rendering method. This is the first mod distribution to utilize this approach. FLIGHT utilizes the randomly assigned "killmarks" to create multiple skins within the same flight. This method only works with fighter aircraft.

The model is based on The Flying Dutchman's P51B and is modified from his "Shangri La" skin. Minor changes were made to the 3D model.

No special mission script requirements or anything else. Just realize that each plane is rendered randomly, so you never know which aircraft you'll wind up in!

MEGA's Winter Skin for His Updated M4A3 Sherman

This distribution includes the updated J3D model that much more accurately reflects the shape of the Sherman. It also includes a winter color scheme rather than the olive drab scheme utilized in the original release.

MEGA's New Apartment Blocks

This mod replaces the apartments with high resolution files- new J3Ds and bitmaps about six times the resolution of the originals. This mod reflects buildings in an undamaged condition. Effort was also made to scale the buildings to more closely match the troops and vehicles in the game.

The mod is based on the "Berlin Buildings" textures developed for CMBB by "Juju" and were utilized with permission. Juju was very helpful with the developement of this mod and even provided some roof textures!
